- Abstract
- 본 발명은 E1의 밴드갭 에너지를 갖는 코어; 상기 코어 상에 형성되고 E2의 밴드갭 에너지를 갖는 중간층; 및 상기 중간층 상에 형성되고 E3의 밴드갭 에너지를 갖는 외부층을 포함하고, 상기 E2의 크기는 상기 E1 및 E3의 크기보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 단파 적외선 발광 나노입자를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면 효율 및 구동 수명이 향상되고 용액공정으로 제조 가능한 태양전지를 제공할 수 있다.
