- Abstract
- 본 발명은 Y형 올리고 뉴클레오티드 결합체에 의해 연결된 나노입자 이합체, 이의 제조방법, 및 이를 포함하는 단일 분자 관찰용 프로브에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 자이로스코픽(회전 운동의) 플라즈몬 나노입자를 개발하여 단백질-단백질 상호 작용과, 회전 및 측면 속도를 기반으로한 구조적 동역학의 반복 검증을 가능하게 함으로써, 단일 분자 스트로보스코픽 이미징 프로브를 제공한다.
