- Abstract
- 기판 상에 비스무트 칼코게나이드 화합물을 형성하는 단계(단계 1); 상기 단계 1에서 형성된 비스무트 칼코게나이드 화합물 상에 할로겐화 비스무트를 포함하는 용액을 첨가하는 단계(단계 2); 및 상기 할로겐화 비스무트 및 비스무트 칼코게나이드 화합물이 증착된 기판을 가열하는 단계(단계 3);를 포함하는 비스무트 칼코할라이드 박막의 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에서 제공되는 비스무트 칼코할라이드 박막은 높은 결정성을 가짐으로써, 태양전지의 광활성층으로 사용되는 경우 향상된 효율을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
