Abstract
광분해성 리간드를 가지는 코발트 나이트로실 착물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면에서 제공되는 코발트 나이트로실 착물에 빛을 조사하면 유전자의 조작이 없이도 정교한 시간 통제를 통해 NO를 효과적으로 방출할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 일측면에서 제공되는 상기 착물은 화학적으로 안정하며, 독성이 없고, 세포 환경에서 비-섭동성(non-perturbative)을 가지기 때문에 생체적합성이 뛰어나다.
