| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 페놀류 화합물 또는 카테콜류 화합물을 비색계 시약으로 포함하는 효소 면역반응 비색 검출 방법 및 시스템, 상기 시스템이 구비된 바이오칩에 관한 것으로, 페놀류 화합물 또는 카테콜류 화합물이 효소를 통해 올리고머화 및/또는 중합화되면 접착 특성을 가진 발색체를 형성하므로 분석 대상(바이오마커 등)의 주변 확산이나 흩어지는 현상 없이 표면 접착되어 농축된 고민감도의 가시적 정량 신호를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 이러한 발색체의 접착을 통해 제공되는 공간적 신호는 표적의 위치 정보를 정량 신호와 함께 제공하며, 2차원에 국한되지 않고 3차원의 세포 표면이나 나노/마이크로입자와 같은 표면에서의 신호도 제공될 수 있다. | - |
