본 발명은 삽입형 바이오센서를 제공한다. 본 발명은 제1 전극과 보조 전극을 포함하는 제1 전극층, 제2 전극을 포함하며, 상기 제1 전극층과 대향하여 배치되는 제2 전극층 및 상기 제1 전극층과 상기 제2 전극층의 사이에 개재되어, 상기 제1 전극층과 상기 제2 전극층을 결합하는 중간층을 포함하는, 삽입형 바이오 센서를 제공한다.
