- Abstract
- 본 발명은 무손실 세포 염색 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 본 발명은 염색 전에 분석 대상 세포를 상전이 물질 내에 고정화시킴으로써 염색 시약 또는 세척 시약을 처리하는 과정에서 세포 손실이 일어나지 않는 세포 염색 방법 및 염색 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 무손실 세포 염색 방법은 임상 진단에서 중요하게 부각되고 있는 희귀 세포(rare cells)의 염색 및 분석 과정에서 세포의 손실을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있어, 미량 시료의 경우에도 관찰, 분석 및 이를 이용한 진단을 용이하게 할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 무손실 세포 염색 방법에 의해 세포를 고정시킴으로써 단일 세포의 구별 및 분리가 쉽고, 분리된 세포의 분석에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
