Abstract
압전 물질의 압전 효과를 이용하여 수중 음향신호의 크기와 음원의 방향 정보를 동시에 산출할 수 있는 압전 멤스 벡터 하이드로폰이 개시된다. 상기 압전 멤스 벡터 하이드로폰은, 압전 멤스가 형성되는 기판, 및 상기 기판의 표면과 일정 간격을 두고 배치되는 질량체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
