Abstract
본 발명은 아스타잔틴 분비능을 갖는 플라노코쿠스 속 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 카르테노이드 화합물을 분비하는 플라노코쿠스 속(Planococcus sp.) 균주에서 아스타잔틴을 분비하는 신규 미생물을 동정하였다. 이에, 본 발명의 플라노코쿠스 속(Planococcus sp.) 균주는 아스타잔틴을 분비하는 신규 미생물로 사료, 식품첨가제, 화장료 등으로 유용하게 활용될 가능성이 있다.
