- Abstract
- 본 발명에 따른 마이크로 슈퍼캐패시터용 전극의 제조방법은 전극물질인 그래핀을 함유하며 가열된 잉크를 기재에 스프레이 도포하여 상기 기재에 전극물질을 함유하는 전극을 형성하되, 중력 방향과 평행한 방향을 제1방향으로 하고 제1방향에 수직인 방향을 제2방향으로 하여, 상기 제1방향과 제2방향 사이의 각도로 상기 잉크를 스프레이 도포하여, 스프레이 도포 과정 중 중력에 의해 상기 전극물질의 일부를 제거하여 전극을 형성한다.
