Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예는, 회전축을 중심으로 회전가능한 바디 유닛, 상기 회전축을 중심으로 상기 바디 유닛에 방사상으로 배치되는 복수의 암 유닛 및 상기 복수의 암 유닛 각각의 일단부에 탈부착 가능하도록 결합되며, 유입된 시료로부터 적어도 제1 물질을 분리하기 위한 미세 유체 구조를 포함하는 복수의 분할유닛을 포함하는, 미세 유동 장치를 제공한다.
