- Abstract
- 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 물 전기 분해를 위한 전극은, 니켈 발포체(nickel-iron alloy foam) 상에 증착된 전이 금속 황화물을 포함하고, 상기 전이 금속 황화물은 니켈 철 황화물(NiFeS) 및 코발트 철 황화물(CoFeS) 중 적어도 어느 하나일 수 있다. 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 물 전기 분해를 위한 전극의 제조 방법은, 니켈 발포체를 준비하는 단계; 및 상기 니켈 발포체 상에 니켈 황화물 및 코발트 황화물 중 적어도 어느 하나를 전기 화학적 증착법으로 증착하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
