Abstract
당뇨병 진단용 조성물, 키트, 및 이를 이용한 당뇨병의 진단에 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위하여 SORT1, CALR, 및 RAB1A로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단백질 또는 이의 단편을 검출하는 방법을 제공한다. 이에 따르면, 당뇨병, 예를 들어 제2형 당뇨병을 간편하고, 높은 정확도 및 특이도로 진단하는데 이용할 수 있고, 당뇨병의 진행 경과를 예측하는 바이오마커로 이용할 수 있고, 당뇨병 치료의 새로운 치료 표적으로 이용하여 당뇨병의 예방 또는 치료에 효과가 있는 물질을 스크리닝할 수 있다.
