Abstract
본 발명은 자성센서층; 상기 자성센서 상에 형성된 엘라스토머층; 및 상기 엘라스토머층 상에 형성된 자석층;을 포함하는 유연 압력센서, 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 유연 압력센서는 유연성이 우수하여 곡면 형태의 기기 또는 피부 등의 신체에 적용이 쉬우며, 뛰어난 압력 감지력을 가질 수 있고, 상기 제조방법은 우수한 재현성을 가질 수 있다.
