- Abstract
- 세포 온도 측정 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 개시의 일 실시 예에 따른 세포 온도 측정 장치는, 복수의 말단부를 포함하고, 이상 홀 효과(Anomalous Hall Effect, AHE) 특성을 갖는 홀 소자와, 말단부 중 한 쌍의 제 1 말단부에 전기적으로 연결되어 홀 소자에 전류를 인가하는 전류 인가부와, 홀 소자에 인가된 전류 방향과 수직한 방향으로 외부 자기장을 인가하는 자기장 인가부와, 말단부 중 한 쌍의 제 2 말단부에 연결되어 홀 소자의 홀 전압을 측정하는 신호 분석부와, 홀 전압과 온도의 관계 특성을 포함하는 온도 테이블, 홀 소자에 인가된 전류 및 외부 자기장에 기초하여 홀 소자와 직접적 또는 간접적으로 열전도 연결된 대상체의 온도를 산출하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
