본 발명은 운전자의 시선 응시영역 추정 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 ADAS(Advanced Driver Assistance System) 환경에서의 운전자의 편의 및 상태 분석을 위해, 시뮬레이션 환경으로부터 실측값(ground truth)을 추출하고, 영상으로부터 특징을 추출한 후, 사전훈련 모델(pre-trained model)에 대해 지식 전달 기법을 활용하여 추출된 특징과 응시 영역을 학습할 수 있는 운전자의 시선 응시영역 추정 방법을 제공한다.
