| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 CdS 계면층을 이용한 안티모니/비스무스 칼코할라이드 소재의 특성 강화방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명은 (1) FTO 기판 상에 TiO2 차단층(TiO2-BL)을 증착하는 단계; (2) 상기 증착된 TiO2 차단층(TiO2-BL) 상에 CdS 계면층을 증착하는 단계; 및 (3) 상기 CdS 계면층 상에 칼코할라이드를 포함하는 용액을 스핀코팅하고 가열하여 칼코할라이드 광활성층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 CdS 계면층을 이용한 칼코할라이드 광활성층의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 칼코할라이드의 소재 특성이 강화된 칼코할라이드 광활성층에 관한 것이다. | - |
