dc.description.abstract In this paper, we propose a novel approach to an AUTOSAR-based tool for the vehicular applications. The embedded software in vehicles is recently required to manage complex functionalities. To address this challenge, a new paradigm has emerged in the automotive industry. Similarly, an AUTOSAR project was established by leading manufacturers and suppliers. This supports a distributed development process and the standardized vehicle software. Also, the application software development tool, which draws on AUTOSAR standard, needs to be made. We introduce a new software development tool design, which is built on the AUTOSAR platform. Specifically we study two phases: The structural and functional perspectives. The test was simulated using the CANoe. The results show that it is confirmed with the validity of our proposed technique. © 2009 SICE. -
