Abstract: 본 발명은 실리콘 포토닉스 인터로게이터를 구비한 반사 광파장 스캐닝 장치가 제공된다. 상기 장치는, 광대역의 광을 출력하는 광원 모듈; 서큘레이터를 통하여 상기 광원 모듈에서 출력되는 광을 입력받아, 특정 대역의 광을 상기 서큘레이터로 반사시키고, 상기 특정 대역을 제외한 나머지 대역의 광을 투과시키는 광센서; 및 상기 서큘레이터를 통하여 입력된 반사광으로부터 편광을 분리하여 선택적으로 편광을 입사시키는 인터로게이터;를 포함할 수 있다.
