- 본 개시의 일 실시 예에 따른 직무 교육 장치의 컨텐츠 추천 방법은 프로세서가 각 단계의 적어도 일부를 수행하는 학습 장치의 컨텐츠 추천 방법으로서, 복수의 클래스에 대해, 컨텐츠의 클래스별 예측 확률을 입력 받는 단계, 복수의 클래스에 대해, 대상자의 클래스별 예측 확률을 입력 받는 단계 및 컨텐츠의 클래스별 예측 확률 및 대상자의 클래스별 예측 확률에 기반하여, 대상자에게 컨텐츠의 추천을 결정하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
