| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 CD4+ T 세포 유래의 세포외 소포체로 활성화된 CD8+ T 세포를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 사이토카인으로 활성화된 CD4+ T 세포에서 세포외 소포체의 분비가 증가하고, 상기 세포외 소포체가 CD8+ T 세포의 증식 및 활성을 증가시켜 암세포 사멸을 유도하여 항암 효과를 증진시키는 것을 확인한 바, 상기 CD4+ T 세포 유래의 세포외 소포체로 활성화된 CD8+ T 세포를 암 질환에 대한 약학적 제제 또는 면역 항암제로 제공하고, 상기와 같이 우수한 항암 활성을 나타내는 CD8+ T 세포를 제조하기 위해 CD4+ T 세포 유래의 세포외 소포체를 이용한 CD8+ T 세포의 활성화 방법을 제공한다. | - |
