| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 엘라스틴 유사 폴리펩타이드와 인테그린 수용체 리간드로 이루어진 세포외 기질(REP)과 항암제 접합체 및 이의 의학적 용도에 관한 것으로, 상기 세포외 기질(REP)-독소루비신 접합체는 독소루비신 또는 REP 및 독소루비신 혼합물과 비교하여 매우 향상된 항암활성을 나타내었으며, 독소루비신 저항성을 나타내는 암세포의 약물 저항성을 억제시키는 효과가 확인됨에 따라, 상기 세포외 기질(REP)-독소루비신 접합체는 암질환 치료를 위한 효과적인 항암치료제 및 항암제에 대한 약물내성을 나타내는 암세포의 약제내성 억제용 약학조성물로 제공될 수 있다. | - |
