- Abstract
- 본 발명은 제1 금속 전구체 염, 제2 금속 전구체 염, 및 암모니아 발생제를 탄산이온 발생제와 물의 혼합 용매 중에 용해하여 전구체 용액을 준비하는 단계 및 상기 전구체 용액을 수열 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는, 에너지 저장 장치용 전극 재료의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 상기 제조 방법에 따르면, 이중 층상 수산화물의 나노시트 구조 및 상기 나노시트 구조 상의 나노막대 구조가 형성된 전극 재료가 얻어질 수 있으며, 상기 전극 재료는 전기화학적 성질이 우수하다.
