본 발명에 의한 맞춤형 전기 자극 제공 시스템 및 그 방법은, 전기 자극 모드 선택 정보를 입력받는 전기 자극 요청 입력부(100), 상기 전기 자극 모드 선택 정보에 따라서 전기 자극 제어 변수를 설정하여, 제어신호를 생성하는 전기 자극 제어부(200) 및 상기 전기 자극 제어부(200)에서 생성한 상기 제어신호를 전달받아, 전기 자극을 제공하는 전기 자극 제공 수단(300)을 포함하고, 상기 전기 자극 모드 선택 정보는 미용 모드(근육 손실 모드) 및 근육 강화 모드 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맞춤형 전기 자극 제공 시스템에 관한 것이다.
