- 본 발명은 사파이어 미스컷 기판을 이용한 무자기장 스핀궤도토크 스위칭 소자에 관한 것으로, 일실시예에 따른 스핀궤도토크 스위칭 소자는 스텝-테라스 구조를 갖는 기판 및 상기 기판 상에 형성되고 중금속층(HM) 및 강자성체층(FM)을 구비하는 입력소자를 포함한다.
