- Abstract
- 본 발명은 신규한 항-C-MPL 항체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 골수 내, 거핵구의 성숙을 통한 혈소판 생성 및 수적 증가 효과를 갖는 항-C-MPL 항체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규한 항-C-MPL 항체(2R13)는 고분자 물질로서 종래 치료 제제에 비해 긴 반감기를 가지며, 항체 제제로써 자가 항체 생성 및 면역원성 가능성이 낮다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 만성 또는 합병증으로 유도되는 면역 혈소판 감소증이 나타나는 환자의 혈소판 수치를 증가시켜, 혈소판 감소증의 치료 제제로 사용될 수 있다.
