dc.description.abstract In this paper, we introduce the design method of IPM (Instrument Panel Module) which is one of automotive software using OSEK which is a standard of automotive application. Recent vehicle software is changing from a firmware method to a development method using a vehicle platform. Because vehicle platform-based software is more secure and scalable and more small line number of source code than firmware -based software. In this paper, various functions of IPM are implemented using OSEK, an vehicle operating system, and automobile applications are developed using various kernel objects provided by OSEK. By doing so, we realized that development and debugging were shortened and development productivity was improved. -
