dc.description.abstract | In this paper. we developed time-shared control technique based machine-vision system for detecting surface defects. In the proposed time shared architecture, we can obtain multiple images with only one camera and multiple illumination. The proposed systems consists of the image logging module, the timing control module, and the illumination control module. We designed the functions to control the exact timing using FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array). We also designed the test bed to verify the developed machine system. | - |
