Abstract
본 발명은 세라믹 기재, 상기 세라믹 기재 상부에 형성되는 켜쌓기(epitaxy) 템플릿 층 및 상기 템플릿 층 상부에 형성되는 페로브스카이트(perovskite) 투명 전도체 층을 포함하는 페로브스카이트 전도체를 포함하는 투명 전도성 세라믹 적층체로서, 본 발명에 의하면, 일반적인 광학용 기판 위에서 쌓아서 페로브스카이트 투명 전도체 박막을 켜쌓기할 수 있다.
