Abstract
본 발명은 ACE2에 결합하는 SARS-CoV2에 대한 항 바이러스 항체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 hACE2에 결합하는 항체를 제조하고, 각 항체가 SARS-CoV2 바이러스의 세포 진입을 억제하는 것을 입증하여 상기 항체가 SARS-CoV2에 의한 항 바이러스 효과를 나타냄을 확인함으로써, 상기 항체를 포함하는 조성물을 SARS-CoV2에 의한 감염증의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 제공한다.
