- 레이저 장치가 개시된다. 레이저 장치는 기판, 상기 기판 상에 배치된 제1 전극; 상기 제1 기판 상부에 배치된 제2 전극; 및 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 배치된 발진 매질, 상기 발진 매질을 사이에 두고 상기 기판의 표면에 수평한 제1 수평 방향으로 이격되게 배치된 제1 수평 DBR 미러 구조 및 제2 수평 DBR 미러 구조를 구비하는 광 공진기를 포함한다.
