| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 토코페롤을 포함하는 활성 산소 반응형 믹토암(miktoarm) 양친매성 화합물, 이의 제조 방법, 및 이를 이용한 약물 전달체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 양친매성 화합물은 활성 산소 반응형이므로 활성 산소의 농도가 높은 암세포나 염증세포와 같은 질환 부위에 대해 선택성이 있고 해당 부위에서 약물 전달체가 쉽게 붕괴되면서 많은 양의 약물을 단시간 내에 효과적으로 방출시킬 수 있으므로 약물의 치료 효능이 극대화된 약물 전달체를 제공할 수 있다. | - |
