BiRL integrates Physical Intelligence, sensing, actuation, and AI on the foundation of bio-inspired technologies drawn from nature, and develops soft robots and interfaces that enable symbiotic bio-integration among humans, nature, and machines.
The lab focuses on three main research areas; Robots for Manipulation, Robots for Environment, and Robots for Biointerfaces.
