dc.description.abstract Acrylic Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives (PSAs) are renowned for their optical clarity and chemical resistance. This study investigates the impact of prepolymer viscosity and acrylic acid content on the adhesive performance and rheological behavior of acrylic PSAs. Using a rheometer and texture analyzer, we found that higher viscosity and acrylic acid content resulted in decreased probe tack force, while peel strength and lap shear strength improved. Frequency sweep modulus measurements further confirmed these trends, providing a basis for optimizing monomer composition and viscosity for superior adhesive properties. -
