Abstract
We propose a silicon photonic optomechanical ultrasound sensor array for 3D photoacoustic imaging of a mouse brain’s deep region. The performance evaluation and 3D photoacoustic in-vitro imaging were conducted for the feasibility study. © 2024 The Author (s).
