Abstract
본 발명의 표면상에 RGD 리간드 및 자성 나노입자(MNP)를 포함하는 약물전달체는 췌장암 세포 주변의 섬유화된 조직 투과성이 우수하며, RGD 리간드 및 MNP를 표면에 부착하여 췌장암 세포 및 조직에 특이적으로 약물을 전달할 수 있어 췌장암에 대한 우수한 예방 및 치료 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 바, 이를 포함하는 약학적 조성물은 췌장암 치료제 등에 이용될 수 있다.
