- Abstract
- 예외점을 이용한 바이오 센서가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예의 바이오 센서는, 바이오 분자의 부착에 의해 발생하는 예외점의 파괴로부터 파장분리된 광신호를 출력하는 바이오 센싱부, 상기 파장분리된 광신호를 각각 파장분리된 전기신호로 변환하는 검출부, 상기 파장분리된 전기신호에 의한 맥놀이 주파수를 측정하는 분석부, 및 상기 맥놀이 주파수에 의한 파장차이를 결정하여, 이로부터 상기 바이오 분자의 양을 결정하는 결정부를 포함한다.
