본 발명은 페로브스카이트 양자점의 리간드 교환 단계에서 발생하는 페로브스카이트 결함으로 인한 박막의 불안정성 및 성능 저하를 방지하는 페로브스카이트 후처리 방법 및 상기 방법을 사용한 고안정성 및 고성능 페로브스카이트 광전소자에 관한 것이다.
