Abstract
The present invention relates to a spin torque majority gate based on domain wall movement, and a spin torque majority gate according to one embodiment comprises: a plurality of input terminals; a hall-cross part in which a domain wall generated from the plurality of input terminals is connected to a moving conductive wire so that an output signal is generated through a majority calculation according to the movement of the domain wall; and an output terminal for outputting the generated output signal to the outside, wherein the conductive wire can be formed to become narrower in width from the plurality of input terminals toward the hall-cross part.
