| dc.description.abstract | The present invention relates to a novel chimeric adaptor protein and an extracellular vesicle comprising same. The chimeric adaptor protein according to one aspect is abundantly expressed on the surface of the extracellular vesicle, has excellent conjugation efficiency, and has excellent bioavailability and modularity, such as preserving the integrity of the extracellular vesicle without interacting with other components on the surface of the extracellular vesicle. Extracellular vesicles, when loaded with a drug, can be advantageously used as an effective nanocarrier. | - |
