본 발명은 Bi2Te3 입자; 및 상기 Bi2Te3 입자의 표면에 위치하며, Bi2Te3 입자와 물리적으로 결합된 폴리아닐린 나노입자;를 포함하는 유무기 복합열전재료 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 전기전도도와 제벡계수를 동시에 향상시킴에 따라 열전 성능을 현저하게 향상시킬 수 있다.
