Abstract
아세트산비닐 단량체의 분산중합법을 이용해 단분산성 폴리아세트산비닐 미세구를 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 폴리아세트산비닐 미세구를 분산매로부터 분리하지 않고 일 배치 상태에서 비누화함으로써 상기 폴리아세트산비닐 미세구가 폴리아세트산비닐 코어/폴리비닐알코올 쉘의 2중 구조를 갖도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 단분산성 미세구형 수화겔 입자의 제조방법이 제공된다.
