본 발명에 따른 양친매성 제미니 고분자 화합물은 친수성 부위와 소수성 부위를 동시에 가지고 있으며 미셀 구조를 이룰 수 있다. 이러한 미셀 구조를 통해 소수성 약물을 봉입할 수 있는 약물 전달체로 사용될 수 있으며, 특히 본 발명에 따른 양친매성 제미니 고분자 화합물을 함유한 약물 전달체는 디설파이드 결합의 티올 반응성으로 인해, 특정 부위에서의 약물 전달 및 방출 특성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.
