- Abstract
- 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 펨토초 기반 4파 혼합 현미경은, 제1 펄스파 및 제2 펄스파를 발생시켜 제1 펄스파는 제1 경로로 이동시키고 제2 펄스파는 제2 경로로 이동시키는 펨토초 기반의 광원; 제1 경로에 구비되며, 제1 경로 상의 빔 익스팬더에 의해 빔 확장된 제1 펄스파를 공간적인 펄스파 형태로 변조시키기 위해 액정스크린을 갖는 공간 광 변조부(Spartial Light Modulator); 제1 경로로부터 제공되는 제1 펄스파 및 제2 경로로부터 제공되는 제2 펄스파의 적어도 일부분을 중첩시켜 제1 펄스파 및 제2 펄스파가 공간적으로 평행하게 일치된 중첩광을 발생시켜 중첩광을 제3 경로로 이동시키는 이색 거울; 및 이색 거울에 의해 중첩된 중첩광을 4파 혼합(FWM, four wave mixing)하여 실시간으로 이미징하는 FWM 분광기;를 포함할 수 있다.
