- Abstract
- 본 발명은 염료감응 태양전지용 투명 대향전극의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 제조 방법은 투명 전도성 기판을 Pt 이온이 포함된 전해질에 침지하고, (-)전압을 인가하여 Pt 이온을 기판 위에 전기환원하여 섬(island)형태로 형성하는 것을 내용으로 하고 있으며, 시간과 전류 조절에 따라서 다양한 나노 입자의 형성이 가능하고, 추가적인 후열처리가 필요 없으며, 제조 방법이 매우 간단하고, 제조 시간이 매우 짧아(수분 이내) 대량 생산에 용이하다.
