Bi 및 Sb 전구체를 용매 중에 투입하여 Bi-Sb 용액을 형성하는 단계, Te 분말을 산과 용매의 혼합용액에 투입하여 Te 용액을 형성하는 단계, 상기 Bi-Sb 용액과 상기 Te 용액을 혼합하여 반응시켜 BixSb2-xTe3 반응물을 형성하는 단계, 상기 BixSb2-xTe3 반응물을 여과 및 건조하여 BixSb2-xTe3 나노입자를 얻는 단계, 및 상기 BixSb2-xTe3 나노입자를 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 나노화합물 열전재료 제조방법이 제공된다.
