Abstract
본 발명은 동물유래 항체가 아닌 C-반응성 단백질 검출용 합성항체를 제공하며, 상기 합성항체는 기존의 크로마토그래피에서 필요했던 형광 표지를 비롯한 복잡한 과정과 고가 장비 등이 불필요하여 면역크로마토그래피법을 적용하여 손쉽게 결합량을 분석할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
