- Abstract
- 본 발명은 인체 신체 모사 시스템 칩 위에서 구동이 가능한 마이크로로봇 펌프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일면에 따른 마이크로로봇 펌프를 이용하는 인간 신체 모사 칩은 생체 장기 모델을 구성하는 마이크로 장기를 연결하는 네트워크 및 외부 자기장을 통해 구동되어 네트워크 내의 유체 흐름을 제어하는 마이크로로봇 펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
