Abstract
본 발명은 전계발광소자용 백플레인과 이를 포함하는 전계발광소자에 관한 것으로서, 기판, 양극전극 및 뱅크로 구성되는 전계발광소자용 백플레인(backplane)에 있어서, 상기 뱅크를 형성하기 위한 출발물질을 히드록시기를 가지는 것으로 하여 뱅크의 표면상에 양극전극에 인접한 영역에 존재하게 되는 히드록시기(OH group)와, 불소 그룹과 실란 그룹을 동시에 가지는 재료로서 단일형성층을 더 부여한 것을 특징으로 한다
