- 본 발명은 피사체와의 거리를 측정하여 피사체의 거리 정보를 획득하는 거리 정보 획득부, 설정된 기준 거리 또는 기준 거리 범위와 상기 피사체의 일부 또는 전체에 대한 거리 정보를 비교하여 제1 관심영역을 설정하는 제1 관심영역 설정부, 상기 피사체의 영상 정보를 획득하는 영상 정보 획득부, 상기 영상 정보에 포함된 피사체들 중 관심 대상 피사체에 해당되는 제2 관심영역을 설정하는 제2 관심영역 설정부, 상기 제1 관심영역 및 상기 제2 관심영역의 제1 가중치 및 제2 가중치의 비율에 따라 최종 관심영역을 설정하는 최종 관심영역 설정부를 포함한다.
